The license itself is perpetual and will never expire, i.e. the expiration of the Support & Maintenance Subscription has no influence on the functionality of the software. However, without a Support & Maintenance Subscription, you will no longer benefit from the following:
- Priority technical support
- Access to support experts, including GoToMeetings (= web conferences with screen sharing)
- Receive free software upgrades
- Price advantage, i.e. reactivating the Support & Maintenance Subscription at a later date will cost significantly more
- Free-of-charge special license for development and testing purposes
